We are seeking a Sales Executive who will be responsible for developing business with clients in the construction and industrial machinery sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with clients (construction equipment dealers, industrial machinery companies, etc.).
Identify business opportunities and promote the company’s maintenance services.
Support communication between Vietnam and Japan teams when required (basic Japanese communication).
Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Provide market insights and contribute to expanding local operations.
Attend occasional weekend tasks if required (not frequent).
Requirements:
Having around 5 years of professional working experience.
Ability to communicate in Japanese (N2–N3 level) for internal discussions.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Flexibility and willingness to take on new, unfamiliar tasks.
Proactive, independent, and able to work in a developing organization.
Nice to have:
Experience in construction machinery, industrial equipment, or related sectors (not mandatory).
Experience working with Japanese companies or teams.
