Job Description
Be in charge of sales-related activities of Paper, Container board, Paper Bag, Pulp by mainly contact with domestic customers.
Receiving inquiries, negotiation of contracts, sales visit, presentation/explanation on products, market information, investigation and analysis, monthly
reports, which all aim to achieve sales target assigned by senior managers.
Manage good communication and professional business manner with customers, suppliers, internal and external business partners.
Communication with Tokyo side or related parties all over the world parties who would be under proposal and management from senior managers.
Show the aggressive commitment to understand not only the characteristics of the goods being traded, but also an understanding of trade practices.
Given the nature of the business, it is essential to understand the “manufacturing sector”, grasp how production is carried out on the shop floor, and properly comprehend the challenges faced by customers.
Consider core business relating to packaging and suggest/discuss internally and also with senior managers.
Well corroborate with other departments in MVC.
Timely report to upper managers for further advice/decision/approval. And if any trouble and/or problem happen, make an immediate report to senior
managers.Well understand internal business procedures.
Be compliant with company’s internal policy and willing for business trips.
Requirements
Educational Background: Commerce or Economics
Work Experience: Having 2 ~ 3 years experience in commodity sales
Professional Skill: Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Problem-solving skill
Language: English is required; proficiency in Japanese and Chinese is highly desirable.
