We are seeking a Sales Executive who will be responsible for developing business with clients in the construction and industrial machinery sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with clients (construction equipment dealers, industrial machinery companies, etc.).
- Identify business opportunities and promote the company’s maintenance services.
- Support communication between Vietnam and Japan teams when required (basic Japanese communication).
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide market insights and contribute to expanding local operations.
- Attend occasional weekend tasks if required (not frequent).
Requirements:
- Having around 5 years of professional working experience.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese (N2–N3 level) for internal discussions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on new, unfamiliar tasks.
- Proactive, independent, and able to work in a developing organization.
Nice to have:
- Experience in construction machinery, industrial equipment, or related sectors (not mandatory).
- Experience working with Japanese companies or teams.
