Job Responsibilities

• Join international projects in e-commerce, fintech, insurance, logistics, and travel

• Work directly with Japanese clients to gather requirements, design systems, and manage 

  development

• For BrSE: bridge communication between Japan and offshore teams, manage progress and quality

   

   

Job Requirements

• Degree in IT or related field

• 2+ years of experience in software development (Java, PHP, .NET, C, Mobile, etc.)

• Japanese proficiency: N2 or higher

• Plus: experience as BrSE/PM/Team Lead, strong system analysis skills
