Job Responsibilities
Prepare and check computer systems and audio equipment before each session.
Provide real-time technical support, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
Monitor system performance and ensure secure access to online learning platforms.
Coordinate with departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
Job Requirements
Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
1+ year experience in IT Support role
Prior experience with Windows OS and online learning platforms is preferred.
Ability to work independently onsite and respond quickly to technical issues.
Basic English communication skills are a plus.
Willingness to work on weekends and selected weekdays based on operational needs.
