Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and check computer systems and audio equipment before each session.
- Provide real-time technical support, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Monitor system performance and ensure secure access to online learning platforms.
- Coordinate with departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
Job Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- 1+ year experience in IT Support role
- Prior experience with Windows OS and online learning platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work independently onsite and respond quickly to technical issues.
- Basic English communication skills are a plus.
- Willingness to work on weekends and selected weekdays based on operational needs.
