A company in the logistics and freight forwarding industry is hiring for an IT Manager.

Job Description

• Lead and manage core logistics systems to ensure stable, continuous operations across freight forwarding and supply chain activities.

• Own and optimize enterprise platforms including CargoWise One and other logistics, warehouse, accounting, and collaboration systems.

• Oversee EDI and API integrations with carriers and customs systems to support timely and accurate cargo clearance.

• Ensure infrastructure reliability, cybersecurity, and network stability across offices, branches, and warehouse environments.

• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI-based automation tools and IoT technologies for real-time operational visibility.

• Deploy and maintain technology platforms supporting digital marketing and online engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams to implement tracking, analytics, and performance monitoring, ensuring data accuracy, security, and actionable reporting.

• Handle additional responsibilities related to IT operations and system governance as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

• At least five years of IT experience, including a minimum of two years in a management role within logistics, freight forwarding, or related environments.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as CargoWise or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of networking, database technologies, EDI protocols, and cybersecurity practices.

• Working knowledge of SQL, system configuration, or automation tools.

• Fluent Vietnamese language skills and business-level English for reporting and coordination with regional stakeholders.
