Collaborate with an overseas Customer Support team to handle client inquiries through chat and email channels.
Support the creation and formatting of internal and external documents using design tools.
Review, validate, and test workflow or call‑flow scenarios within the system; monitor operational performance and prepare reports for relevant teams.
Contribute to the development of user guides by gaining a deep understanding of system features and translating them into clear instructions for end users.
Strong proficiency in Japanese across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), equivalent to JLPT N1 level.
Prior experience in positions such as sales, customer support, or advisory roles within a Japanese working environment.
Experience studying or working in Japan for at least one year.
A high level of responsibility, reliability, and a professional work attitude.
Solid proficiency in Excel, especially in functions commonly used for reporting and data handling.
