Job Responsibilities:
System Support & Maintenance
Conduct software updates and troubleshoot issues related to PACS and IT workstations.
Perform site assessments and ensure compatibility with third-party systems.
Provide regular progress updates and technical reports to management.
Marketing & Event Support
Assist in organizing and executing product demonstrations at seminars, workshops, and exhibitions.
Prepare demo units and promotional materials.
Pre-Sales Engagement
Deliver product training and technical documentation to partners.
Support solution design based on customer workflows and requirements.
Assist in creating technical specifications and competitive product presentations.
Post-Sales Implementation
Guide partners through system deployment and integration with hospital IT infrastructure.
Provide hands-on training and ongoing technical support.
Monitor project progress and share updates with internal teams.
Market Feedback & Improvement
Gather insights from partners and clients to identify product improvement opportunities.
Investigate market trends and propose technical solutions.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, especially with RIS-PACS systems.
Solid understanding of DICOM, HL7, and medical imaging workflows.
Proficient in server hardware, storage systems (NAS/SAN), RAID, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLAN, firewalls, routing, and domain management.
Effective communicator in English and Vietnamese
Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach.
