Position: Human Resources Manager

Job description:
Manage and oversee all activities of the Human Resources Department.
Directly handle and make decisions on arising HR-related matters in accordance with the instructions of the Director / Deputy Director in charge.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job description:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or equivalent.
At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.

Japanese language proficiency: Equivalent to JLPT N2 or above (good communication skills required).
