Position: Human Resources Manager

Job description:
- Manage and oversee all activities of the Human Resources Department.
- Directly handle and make decisions on arising HR-related matters in accordance with the instructions of the Director / Deputy Director in charge.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job description:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or equivalent.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Required skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Japanese language proficiency: Equivalent to JLPT N2 or above (good communication skills required).
