Position: Human Resources Manager

Working location: 

Vinh Loc Industrial Park, Vinh Loc Commune, Ho Chi Minh City 

Job description: 

​

• Manage and oversee all activities of the Human Resources Department.

• Directly handle and make decisions on arising HR-related matters in accordance with the instructions of the Director / Deputy Director in charge.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description: 

​

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or equivalent.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Required skills:

• Strong communication skills

• Problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently

• Japanese language proficiency: Equivalent to JLPT N2 or above (good communication skills required).
