Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Take full responsibility for the management and development of the hydraulic product and solution portfolio in line with the company’s business strategy.

• Conduct market analysis of the hydraulic industry in Vietnam, including OEMs, end users, system integrators, and MRO customers, as well as technology trends and competitive landscape.

• Define and implement Hydraulic products and solutions strategy, including BIBUS positioning, target segments, pricing strategy.

• Act as the product and technical focal point, supporting sales and engineering teams in hydraulic projects through solution consulting, product selection, and technical presentations.
  Coordinate closely with BIBUS HYDRAULIC GROUP and Hydraulic Manufacturers, including technical, solutions discussions, product training.

• Internal training and customer training.

• Monitor business performance of the hydraulic portfolio and propose actions to improve revenue growth, margins, and long-term competitiveness.

• Report direct to Managing Director.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics, Mechatronics.

   

• Minimum 05 years of experience in the industrial hydraulics field: Product Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Engineer or Project roles related to hydraulic systems and solutions. 

• Strong undertsanding of hydraulic and technology, including hydraulic systems.

   

• Good English
