Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and provide after-sales support for hardware/software.
Perform routine and emergency maintenance.
Guide customers on proper machine operation.
Deliver on-site training as a product technical expert.
Maintain service quality aligned with KPIs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Stay updated on product knowledge and technical standards.
Report technical activities to the Service Manager.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in photocopier/printer/industrial printing or related fields.
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.
Experience in maintenance, hardware/software services, and customer consulting.
Knowledge of networks, servers, and databases.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and travel when required.
Basic English communication skills.
