Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and provide after-sales support for hardware/software.

  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance.

  • Guide customers on proper machine operation.

  • Deliver on-site training as a product technical expert.

  • Maintain service quality aligned with KPIs.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and technical standards.

  • Report technical activities to the Service Manager.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in photocopier/printer/industrial printing or related fields.

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.

  • Experience in maintenance, hardware/software services, and customer consulting.

  • Knowledge of networks, servers, and databases.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently and travel when required.

  • Basic English communication skills.
