Our client is Manufacturing company looking for the Process Engineering position.
Work Location: Vsip2 – Binh Duong
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineers to join our team. You will play a core role in optimizing production processes, boosting yield, and ensuring the production reliability. This position is critical to driving efficiency, resolving technical issues, and supporting the launch of new process technologies.
Conduct process design reviews and summarize pilot production results to improve yield.
Formulate process parameters for each module process procedure.
Analyze and optimize process yield & reliability, and resolve customer complaints.
Develop new process technologies and improve production efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: college degree or above; majors in mechanical engineering, electronics, or optics are preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years Equip with relevant work experience in module process engineering is preferred (outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered).
Chinese proficiency is required. Candidates proficient in both English and Japanese, in addition to Chinese, will be given preferential consideration.
Skills:
Proficient in using common software such as Microsoft Office, CAD, FMEA, JMP and Minitab.
Expertise in 7 QC Tools and process management documents (e.g., SOP, OCAP).
Strong communication and coordination skills, and good ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification will be given priority.
• Chinese proficiency is required. Candidates proficient in both English and Japanese, in addition to Chinese, will be given preferential consideration.
Applicants without relevant work experience but with a strong willingness to pursue a career as a Process Engineer are also welcome.
