JOB DESCRIPTION
Serve as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) connecting the development team in Vietnam with Japanese clients.
Act as the mainPerson in Charge (PIC) for a project, responsible for direct communication and coordination with the client.
Analyze project requirements and consult with the client during the project preparation phase.
Conduct regular meetings with the client during project execution to report progress and resolve issues.
Manage product delivery and handover.
Receive design documentation requests from the client and collaborate with the comtor to ensure accurate communication with the development team.
Support the PM and team lead in managing progress, issues, and risks, and report/discuss these with the client.
REQUIREMENTS
Preferably a university degree in Information Technology or related fields.
Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher (strong reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills). Candidates with strong verbal communication skills are highly preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE).
Strong skills in requirement analysis and the ability to clearly convey client needs to the team and vice versa.
Excellent Horenso (reporting, communication, consultation) skills are mandatory.
Experience in creating design documents (BD, DD) and test documentation in Japanese.
Solid soft skills: communication, management, presentation.
Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Python, PHP, Ruby, VueJS, ReactJS, or mobile app development (iOS, Android).
Knowledge or experience with AWS or cloud platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Japanese N1 certification is a strong advantage.
AWS certification is a plus.
1–2 years of work experience in Japan is highly valued.
Experience in project or team management is a bonus.
