JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the project team in Vietnam.

  • Work directly with Japanese customers: communicate, negotiate, gather and analyze software project requirements, and convey them clearly to the development team.

  • Monitor project progress and quality, and provide regular status reports.

  • Collaborate with clients, Project Managers (PM), and Division Managers to ensure effective project management.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher, with confident communication skills.

  • Experience in client requirement hearing and documentation (e.g., basic design, manuals).

  • Strong analytical skills in understanding requirements and effectively conveying them between clients and the team.

  • Excellent Horenso (reporting, communication, consultation) skills are mandatory.

  • Experience in creating design documents (BD, DD) and test documentation in Japanese.

  • Soft skills: communication, management, presentation, teamwork, and independent working abilities.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Japanese N1 certification is a strong advantage.

  • AWS certification is a plus.

  • 1–2 years of work experience in Japan is highly valued.

  • Experience in team or project management is a bonus.
