JOB DESCRIPTION
Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the project team in Vietnam.
Work directly with Japanese customers: communicate, negotiate, gather and analyze software project requirements, and convey them clearly to the development team.
Monitor project progress and quality, and provide regular status reports.
Collaborate with clients, Project Managers (PM), and Division Managers to ensure effective project management.
REQUIREMENTS
Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher, with confident communication skills.
Experience in client requirement hearing and documentation (e.g., basic design, manuals).
Strong analytical skills in understanding requirements and effectively conveying them between clients and the team.
Excellent Horenso (reporting, communication, consultation) skills are mandatory.
Experience in creating design documents (BD, DD) and test documentation in Japanese.
Soft skills: communication, management, presentation, teamwork, and independent working abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Japanese N1 certification is a strong advantage.
AWS certification is a plus.
1–2 years of work experience in Japan is highly valued.
Experience in team or project management is a bonus.
