A fast-growing technology organization that partners with Japanese clients to deliver high‑quality web applications and enterprise systems. We are seeking a Bridge Engineer who will act as the conduit between customers and the offshore engineering team—owning requirements, design documentation, and day‑to‑day project coordination to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Work directly with Japanese stakeholders to clarify business and technical requirements and align on priorities and scope.
Translate business needs and quality standards into clear specifications for the offshore development team.
Build project plans, track progress, and manage risks and issues to meet delivery timelines.
Create and maintain design documentation (e.g., basic and detailed design).
Support product development for customer management systems; participate in coding and testing when needed
Job Requirements
Japanese language proficiency at N2 or higher.
3+ years of experience as a Bridge Engineer, Project Leader, or Project Manager.
Hands‑on experience with web application development and the Scrum/Agile process.
Proficiency with Java or PHP; strong requirement analysis and communication skills.
High sense of responsibility, strong teamwork spirit, and continuous learning mindset—including interest in AI technologies and use of AI tools to enhance productivity.
