JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a connector to IT Vendor, PC mentain Vendor, the carrier that the company is using to handle problems related to computers, software, network equipment, transmission lines in the company.
- Solve computer hardware and e-mail, Internet, dial-in, and network access issues.
- Manage the company's network/server system.
- Update the necessary software for Windows Server, Firewall ...
- Dealing with network problems, information technology equipment.
- Fix computer problems and support end-user.
- Propose plans for maintenance, system upgrades, service changes according to the development requirements of the company and IT applications.
- Make reports follow company requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Good at Japanese (English language is an advantage)
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Working experience in IT 3~5 years
- Fluent in Microsoft Office.
- Good personal presentation, business presentation skill will be an advantage.
- Good in communication skill and team working.
