JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring timely renewal and high-quality service delivery.
- Analyze client needs to propose suitable risk management and coverage solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate documentation, smooth operations, and client satisfaction.
- Provide professional consultation, conduct client meetings, and support information sessions when required.
- Prepare periodic business reports and contribute to achieving key performance goals such as client retention and service quality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience working with Japanese clients or working in Japanese company
- Fluency in Japanese and have basic English.
- Strong marketing acumen with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
