JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring timely renewal and high-quality service delivery.
Analyze client needs to propose suitable risk management and coverage solutions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate documentation, smooth operations, and client satisfaction.
Provide professional consultation, conduct client meetings, and support information sessions when required.
Prepare periodic business reports and contribute to achieving key performance goals such as client retention and service quality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2 years of experience working with Japanese clients or working in Japanese company
Fluency in Japanese and have basic English.
Strong marketing acumen with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
