JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring timely renewal and high-quality service delivery.

• Analyze client needs to propose suitable risk management and coverage solutions.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate documentation, smooth operations, and client satisfaction.

• Provide professional consultation, conduct client meetings, and support information sessions when required.

• Prepare periodic business reports and contribute to achieving key performance goals such as client retention and service quality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2 years of experience working with Japanese clients or working in Japanese company

• Fluency in Japanese and have basic English.

• Strong marketing acumen with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
