An European brand in equipment filed is looking for Sales engineer work as independent , homebase in Hanoi
Sales & Business Development, Hanoi- North Vietnam
• Meet North Vietnam sales target by developing & supporting existing distributor, promote Sames products in Construction & metal infrastructures & Automotive applications.
• Possess value selling approach to enable customer to benefit from cost saving & achieving superior finishing quality and reduction in total cost of ownership.
• Develop business opportunities and sales pipeline with distributor and facilitate project management with regional peers in China or France.
• Establish good contacts in automotive OEM, Tier 1 & 2 plastic component, Construction & metal infrastructures, wood & furniture.
• Establish good rapport with coatings, adhesives and sealants manufacturers.Distributor Development & Management
• Define objectives for appointed distributors in respective product range and market segment.
• Identify and develop new distributors / integrators for Vietnam North market.
• Product sales, technical support and sales coaching to distributors / integrators and their sales personnel.
• Pro-actively participation with distributors in identify new opportunities and propose new promotion plan to grow Sames SEA business.

Requirements
• Education – bachelor’s degree in engineering and science. Preferably in Mechanical
or chemical engineering.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in automotive and related field.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in Technical Sales and Support. Technical background in coatings, adhesive, sealant, spray equipment and robotic industry are added advantage.
• Possess experience in distribution (channel) management. Able to work with distributors and ability to identify new distributors & grow existing distributors.
• Have good networking and relationship with paint, adhesive and sealant manufacturers.
• Ability to speak and write in Vietnamese language. Prefer to speak additional languages such as English and Mandarin.
• Computer literate. Able to use MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Conduct periodical performance review with distributors.
