We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager in Hanoi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial electrical components, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Fluency in Mandarin is a must, as you will work closely with Chinese-speaking partners and suppliers.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for electric components.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and suppliers.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in electrical components or industrial products.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with industrial electrical components is highly desirable.
