Job Responsibilities
The Japanese Speaking Project Manager should be adaptable to navigating complex project requirements and be prepared for occasional travel to Japan for client and stakeholder meetings.
Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing project milestones, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
Job Requirements
Have at least 4 years of experience in managing software development projects and at least 2 years of working experience with Japanese clients.
Proficiency is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements.
Possess excellent communication skills in Japanese, with a minimum of N2 level proficiency
Good English is a plus.
PMP Certificate is preferred
