[JP] Customer Support for Japanese IT Start-up

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to chat/emails/phone call correspondence from customers in Japan
• Follow up to support the process regarding payment status of service fees from customers
• Create payment request forms and send emails to customers
• Support customers during the integration phase of our services such as attendance systems etc, requiring deep understanding of the system’s functionality
• Other tasks to support customers in Japan

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 [Must have]

• Strong Japanese proficiency with a certificate of JLPT N1
• Good communication skills, both written & verbal
• Problem solving skills, analytical skills, good ability to provide practical solutions to customer’s
• concerns.
• High sense of responsibility & professionalism
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Ability to push for sales when interacting with the customers, or management skills to hand over tasks correctly to the Japanese members

 [Nice to have]

• Experience working in Japan for at least 1 year/studying in Japan for 5 years
• Working experience as sales, customer service, consultant etc. serving Japanese customers
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Google and similar tools at work
• Experience using or certificates for Looker | Redmine｜Sensese｜VBA｜Maildealer｜
