JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serving as the leader for application development in projects directed by Japanese and Global clients under the supervision of the parent company.
• Assisting the project manager from Japan and taking charge of guiding a team of Vietnamese members.
• Responsible for tasks encompassing requirement definition, design, implementation, testing, and various other phases throughout the project's lifecycle.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Completion of studies at an IT university or a related educational institution.
• Proficiency in understanding both system operations and business processes within sectors like manufacturing, customs, finance, and more.
• A track record of over 5 years of employment within the IT sector, holding positions such as system engineer, architect, or programmer.
• Prior experience in projects involving the use of the Japanese (N1/2/3 proficiency).
• Proven experience in collaborating with Japanese enterprises.
• Demonstrated ability to independently tackle issues and present effective solutions.
