Job Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise software projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Apply Japanese project management methodologies to maintain compliance and excellence.
- Manage project risks, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Act as the primary liaison between Japanese stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Proactively address scope changes and delivery challenges.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for account growth.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in managing full-cycle software delivery for large-scale clients.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and best practices in project execution.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred).
- Ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Cross-cultural experience, particularly with Japanese business environments.
- Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master is a plus
