Job Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise software projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Apply Japanese project management methodologies to maintain compliance and excellence.
Manage project risks, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
Act as the primary liaison between Japanese stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Proactively address scope changes and delivery challenges.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for account growth.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in managing full-cycle software delivery for large-scale clients.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and best practices in project execution.
Exceptional communication skills in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred).
Ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Cross-cultural experience, particularly with Japanese business environments.
Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master is a plus
