JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the optimal performance of networks and services.
- Oversee data backups to minimize IT system downtime.
- Manage office equipment/tools including PC, laptop, printer, fax machine, scanner, photocopy machine, modem/router, server/hosting, company website, and switchboard.
- Monitor and maintain the efficiency of local networks and internet connectivity…
- Male, aged 25 or above.
- Holds a university degree majoring in IT, Computer Science, Computing, or Computer Engineering.
- Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Possesses knowledge in IT, including server and basic network administration tools, expertise in hardware and software installation and repair, database management, and operating systems.
- Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Help Desk, working with system domains, mail systems, web hosting, system engineering, and security.
- Demonstrates a sense of responsibility and strong teamwork skills.
- Salary is negotiable based on experience and competence.
