Senior / Team Lead – IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in planning, architecting, and implementing enterprise IT infrastructure covering network, server, virtualization, and security domains.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring technical quality, stability, and alignment with client expectations.
• Act as the main technical authority for complex system integration involving networking, security appliances, and server platforms.
• Support solution proposal and pre-sales activities, including technical assessment, solution recommendation, and client-facing presentations.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and secure infrastructure designs.
• Guide, mentor, and technically support team members while handling escalation issues when required.
• Oversee preparation and review of technical documentation such as architecture designs, implementation plans, testing records, and operational guidelines.

• Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth deployment and post-implementation support.

   

   

  Job Requirements
   

• At least 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure with strong exposure to enterprise network and server environments.
• Proven background in designing and deploying office or enterprise IT systems combining networking, security, and server technologies.
• Hands-on experience with major infrastructure platforms (network devices, firewalls, virtualization, Windows/Linux systems).
• Prior experience in a senior engineer or technical leadership role is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work directly with customers.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, manage priorities, and work effectively in a multi-project environment.
• Relevant technical certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Fluent English or Japanese (business-level communication for meetings, presentations, and documentation).
