Job Description Summary:
- Implement HR Operations: Execute HR operations encompassing insurance and tax-related tasks such as claims, expense estimation, and tax compliance activities.
- Conduct Audits: Conduct regular audits and reviews to evaluate insurance coverage adequacy and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure accurate reporting of insurance and tax-related information.
- Serve as Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact person for insurance and tax inquiries, providing guidance and assistance to employees and management as required.
- Manage HRM Platform: Oversee and maintain the HRM platform, including configuration, data management, and user support, to ensure compliance and enhance employee experience.
- Provide Training and Support: Deliver training and support to HR staff and end-users on platform usage, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Generate Reports and Analyze Data: Generate reports and analyze data from the HRM platform to facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate for System Enhancements: Collaborate with IT, HR teams, and suppliers to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations for optimized platform functionality.
- Handle Assigned Tasks: Undertake other tasks as assigned by the head of HR to ensure smooth HR operations and alignment with organizational strategies.
- Department heads: Support and effectively communicate of HR policy for achievement of department requirement/target.
- Other collaborators: Assist employee regarding requests and questions that might rise.
- HR service vendor: ensure, determine, evaluate the level of service provided
- Gorvenment official: guarantee legal compliance and get support, guidance for related HR matter whenever necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- At least two years of experience in Personal income tax, Insurance, HR assistant/Staff/Specialist.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Project, HRM+ and other software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in tax code opening and independence adjustment reports, knowledgeable in D02 reporting, skilled in insurance expense estimation, and competent in HR platform operation.
