Our client is a Japanese company in Food manufacturing industry in HCMC
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and update the Food Safety Management System documents currently applied at the Factory (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, Halal) to ensure proper operation, maintenance and compliance with the Standard requirements.
- Check and update the requirements of Vietnamese and foreign standards and regulations (export markets) on food safety.
- Participate in working with audit agency: Food Safety Authority, Certification Organization, Customers, ...
- Collaborate with QC leader to check, update, manage the periodic testing and calibration plans (internal, external).
- Develop and collaborate with the related departments in Factory to carry out periodic activities according to standards: internal audit, mock recall, traceability, internal training, etc…., understand for testing microbiology, physical and chemical
- Ability to work independently, withstand work pressure.
- Perform other tasks of the QAQC department when requested by the QAQC Manager (VN)
Job Requirements
- University graduate Food Technology/ Quality Management
- At least 2 years experience at QAQC Position.
- Have knowledge and experience about the Food Safety QMSs: BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, Halal.
- Have Certificates (Awareness, Internal audit) of the Standards: BRCGS/FSSC 22000/Halal
- Be able to travel (audit supplier, audit the others Branch of Company).
- English (Intermediate: reading, speaking, writing)
- Have experience for working with Certificate agency, Authority, Supplier
