Our client is a Japanese company in Food manufacturing industry in Binh Tan - HCMC
Job Responsibilities
Manage and update the Food Safety Management System documents currently applied at the Factory (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, Halal) to ensure proper operation, maintenance and compliance with the Standard requirements.
Check and update the requirements of Vietnamese and foreign standards and regulations (export markets) on food safety.
Participate in working with audit agency: Food Safety Authority, Certification Organization, Customers, ...
Collaborate with QC leader to check, update, manage the periodic testing and calibration plans (internal, external).
Develop and collaborate with the related departments in Factory to carry out periodic activities according to standards: internal audit, mock recall, traceability, internal training, etc….,understand for testing microbiology, physical and chemical
Ability to work independently, withstand work pressure.
Perform other tasks of the QAQC department when requested by the QAQC Manager (VN)
Job Requirements
University graduate Food Technology/ Quality Management
At least 2 years experience at QAQC Position.
Have knowledge and experience about the Food Safety QMSs: BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, Halal.
Have Certificates (Awareness, Internal audit) of the Standards: BRCGS/FSSC 22000/Halal
Be able to travel (audit supplier, audit the others Branch of Company).
English (Intermediate: reading, speaking, writing)
Have experience for working with Certificate agency, Authority, Supplier
