Executive Assistant and Research Coordinator

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Foreign investment company is looking for an Operations Associate & Trading Assistant (Full-time remote) to join and support their team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Book travel for research team.
• Coordinate trip itinerary with brokers for investment team and circulate to team members
• Book WiFi dongals, cars, dinners and any other items communicated for traveling parties.
• Communicate with broker corporate access teams on requests for meetings and assistance with setting up bespoke trips / meetings.
• Access broker websites to get access to reports and event calendars.
• Manage Calendly application used by Research team to book meetings. Troubleshoot items with applications.
• Assist in negotiating commercial terms in expert network and translation firms used by company
• Reconcile billing by expert networks to ensure accuracy and follow-up on discrepancies.
•  Follow-up with research team at to input missed entries.
• Work with compliance team to craft documents for various entities in English and Japanese.
• Manage continuing education requirements for team across multiple countries.
• Track gifts and entertainment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced Japanese (N2 or higher)
• Advanced English (minimum: IELTS 6.5 / TOEIC 945 / TOEFL iBT 90, or equivalent)
• Highly organized, diligent and personable
