JAC’s client is a leading B2B information services firm seeking a Client Service Manager (Korean Speaking)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the growth of Associates and Senior Associates by strengthening their core research capabilities and equipping them with commercial awareness, sales proficiency, and effective time management, alongside reinforcing tailored recruitment methodologies.

  • Create opportunities for Associates to further develop their project management competencies through involvement in custom recruitment research initiatives.

  • Provide mentorship to Associates and Senior Associates skilled in custom recruitment and project management, fostering cross-functional expertise and preparing them for future leadership roles.

  • Review and analyze client project briefs to identify areas requiring further understanding and conduct in-depth industry and company research to source the most suitable experts.

  • Maintain regular communication with experts to assess, verify, and ensure the relevance of their expertise for specific client projects.

  • Apply critical thinking and adaptability in performing advanced research on industries and organizations to ensure the selection of experts with the most pertinent experience and insights for client needs.

  • Safeguard client interests by maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring the security of all shared data and information throughout the collaboration process

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s or other advanced qualification is strongly preferred.

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Korean, along with professional-level English communication skills, is mandatory

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Information Services, Expert Network, or related industries, demonstrating proven leadership in managerial or supervisory roles.

  • Proficient in sales, negotiation, time management, prioritization, and professional communication.

  • Possesses a strong client-focused mindset, consistently striving to exceed client expectations and deliver meaningful value
