Job Responsibilities
- Review client briefs to identify specific knowledge needs, and conduct comprehensive industry and
- company research to source the most relevant experts.
- Proactively connect with potential experts through phone calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Assess experts’ suitability and alignment with client requirements, ensuring a high standard of quality in every recommendation.
Job Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Japanese Studies or a related field.
- Native-level or fluent proficiency in professional Japanese communication is a must
- Demonstrated passion for business through at least 3 - 6 months of professional experience, internships, or extracurricular activities.
- Growth-oriented mindset, seeing setbacks and short-term challenges as opportunities to learn and improve.
- Strong client service orientation, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering genuine value.
