Job Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and service delivery
- Develop and enforce SOPs across departments
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
- Supervise recruitment, training, and staff development
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service quality
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in managing operations in general clinics or hospitals
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication in English (Japanese is a plus)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a senior management role
- Background in healthcare or hospital administration preferred
