Job Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and service delivery

• Develop and enforce SOPs across departments

• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation

• Supervise recruitment, training, and staff development

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service quality

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in managing operations in general clinics or hospitals

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication in English (Japanese is a plus)

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a senior management role

• Background in healthcare or hospital administration preferred
