Cybersecurity Digital Forensic Expert

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Digital Forensic Activities:

• Conduct advanced digital forensic examinations across Windows, Linux, and other operating systems, covering computers, mobile devices, and computer networks in response to alerts, compromises, threats, and violations.
• Process and analyze investigation results, delivering comprehensive reports to case stakeholders and senior team members, accompanied by detailed explanations.
• Author expert reports with professionalism, documenting all processes and findings, and providing recommendations to address identified security gaps.
• Stay current with cyber threats and associated tactics, techniques, and procedures for network infiltration.
• Collaborate with threat hunting, incident response, vulnerabilities, and other teams within the Security and IT departments to achieve investigation objectives.
• Perform malware analysis and reverse engineering.
• Develop and implement forensic processes, documents, and tools, contributing to the enhancement of forensic skills for other members in the IT security team.

Cybersecurity Policy & Standards:

• Align Cybersecurity Policies and Standards with SBV requirements and the desired cybersecurity posture.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to formulate technical policies, standards, and procedures in line with the company’s cybersecurity needs.
• Develop guidelines to offer clear directions to stakeholders.

Implement security program to security development:

• Security Program implementing contribution.
• Participation with key technique in security projects requires a technique professional skill.
• Trial attacks & incident response.
• Join to pen test/review secure code/threat hunting (if any).

Research and Develop security tool/ security system/ automation/ integration.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Technical Degree Required (IT, Cryptography, computer science, information systems, business administration or other industry-related curriculum)

Expertise:

• Proficient in anti-forensics tactics, digital forensic data processing, and evidence preservation following SOPs or national standards.
• Experienced in utilizing forensic tool suites and conducting analyses across various operating systems and network technologies.
• Skilled in identifying and analyzing anomalous code, memory dumps, and captured malicious code.
• Proficient in binary analysis tools and possesses over 5 years of experience in IT security with a focus on international standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, etc.) and ITIL.
• Extensive knowledge in network security, system security, application security, and virus/malware analytics.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Shell, and PHP, coupled with expertise in encryption and cryptography techniques.
• Well-versed in pen testing with OWASP standards, adept at discovering and exploiting vulnerabilities, and experienced in handling cyber attacks.
