Business Development Leader

COMPANY OVERVIEW

JAC's client is one of the companies leading Providers of Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) is looking for a Business Development position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development:

• Be responsible for whole sales process from researching market to targeting companies, taking action to generate leads (e.g., cold call, etc), field sales, implementation, and customer success.
• Plus, build partnerships with e-commerce enablers to generate leads as well.

Team Management & Development:

• Be responsible for recruiting, forming a sales team, and training members.
• Set a KGI and KPI, and plan & strategy, and lead the team.

Product Development:

• Based on market feedback, be responsible for planning new features and projects to develop product further.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Sales Experience:

• At least 3+ years of B to B sales experience
• Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling
• Experience with any of the following: software, SaaS, fintech, and payment products in a sales environment

Project management skills:

• Ability to document and explain logically
• Ability to create plans, manage schedules, and excel in execution

Mindset:

• Customer-oriented
• Respectful of colleagues
• Strong responsibility

Language:
Business level English
Nice to have:

• Having experience in planning product improvements based on market feedback.
• Experience working with engineers and other teams to improve products
• Experience in EC or payment service industry is very welcome
• At least 2 years of experience managing a field sales team of 3 or more people
• Experience in recruiting and training field salespeople
