Job Responsibilities
- Create and manage documentation such as BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, Business Flows, and Wireframes.
- Support project managers and developers throughout the lifecycle to maintain alignment with business goals.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in e-commerce or digital transformation.
- Skilled in documentation tools like Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Figma, Balsamiq, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
