Job Responsibilities
Create and manage documentation such as BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, Business Flows, and Wireframes.
Support project managers and developers throughout the lifecycle to maintain alignment with business goals.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in e-commerce or digital transformation.
Skilled in documentation tools like Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Figma, Balsamiq, etc.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall development methodologies.
Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
