Job Description
Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, user stories, and use cases
Act as a bridge between clients and offshore development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in solution design by contributing insights on technical feasibility, cloud-based requirements, and system architecture
Create and maintain project documentation such as requirement documents and specifications, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with QA teams to support testing activities and ensure solutions meet defined requirements
Support project planning by assisting with scope definition, estimation, risk identification, and issue resolution
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Professional experience in software development and experience in a bridge engineer, business analyst, or similar role involving requirements analysis
Experience with cloud services and familiarity with core AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS
Strong Japanese language proficiency and English communication ability
Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Knowledge of documentation practices, database concepts, SQL, API integrations, and web services
