Job Description
Performs engineering, analytical, and operational tasks across network design, implementation, diagnostics, and support.
Designs overall network architecture and develops LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Installs, monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots network systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Handles configuration, deployment, testing, and upgrades of network components; recommends improvements and applies patches/changes.
Supports network operations across local and remote sites, contributes to capacity planning, and assists in meeting internal/external SLAs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience, with 7–10 years in LAN/WAN/Wireless networking.
Strong experience in global network operations, engineering, and multi‑platform support.
Hands‑on with Cisco (FTD, Catalyst, WLC, SD‑WAN, BGP, ISE, Catalyst Center) plus exposure to Zscaler, F5, Fortinet, Palo Alto.
Skilled with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Ekahau, Nautobot); Jira/Confluence a plus.
CCNP‑level networking knowledge.
Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
