Japanese Speaking Business Analyst (SWAT Team)
Location: HCM, DN, HN.
Salary: 1000 ~ 2500 USD
The Role:
The Japanese Speaking Business Analyst will work along with team members and customer, report directly to the project manager. Main responsibilities will include delivering new features, follow software development process, and contribute ideas to improve the project as follows:
- Participate in development activities such as requirement, design, programing, testing.
- Analyze and elicit requirements directly throughout Japanese documents.
- Develop and review requirements specification.
- Transfer requirements to team.
- Verify system before delivery.
- Work closely with the Project Manager for output verification and issue troubleshooting.
What you’ll bring
- B.S., M.S. or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant major.
- Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or JLPT N1 is required.
- Having at least 3 years of experience in software development as Business Analyst role
- Strong skills of issue analysis and come up resolution.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language).
- High responsibility and teamwork spirit.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with Energy domain is a plus.
