JOB DESCRIPTION
Act as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) connecting the development team in Vietnam with Japanese clients.
Serve as the Person in Charge (PIC) for assigned projects, being the main point of contact for client communication and coordination.
Responsible for analyzing project requirements and consulting with clients during the project planning phase.
Conduct meetings with clients throughout the project to report progress and resolve issues.
Manage product delivery and handover.
Receive design documentation requests from clients and work with comtors to ensure accurate communication with the development team.
Support PMs and team leads in managing project progress, issues, and risks, and report/discuss these with clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Preferably a university degree in Information Technology or related fields.
Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher (strong reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills). Candidates with strong verbal communication skills are highly preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a BrSE.
Strong skills in requirement analysis and the ability to clearly convey client needs to the team and vice versa.
Excellent Horenso (reporting, communication, consultation) skills are mandatory.
Experience in creating design documents (BD, DD) and test documentation in Japanese.
Solid soft skills: communication, management, presentation.
Technical experience in one or more of the following:
Web backend development using Python, PHP, or Ruby
Frontend development using VueJS or ReactJS
Mobile app development (iOS, Android)
Knowledge or experience with AWS or cloud platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Japanese N1 certification is a strong advantage.
AWS certification is a plus.
1–2 years of work experience in Japan is highly valued.
Experience in project or team management is a bonus.

Annual salary: ¥7,000,000 – ¥9,000,000
Bonuses: 13th-month salary + performance bonuses
Salary review: Twice a year (April and October)

Transportation allowance: reimbursed based on actual expenses
Dependent allowance: ¥10,000/person/month
Spouse earning under ¥1,030,000/year: ¥10,000/month

Flight support to Vietnam: ¥50,000/year, paid in December salary
