SWAT Leader (Japanese Speaking Leader)
Location: HCM, DN, HN or Tokyo.
Salary: 2500 ~ 3500 USD
The Role:
- Planning and growing Japanese SWAT team.
- Leading and motivating SWAT team, which may include members with varying levels of Japanese proficiency.
- Involving in communicating, building business with Japanese client from presale stage.
- Addressing client concerns, expectations and resolving issues effectively.
- Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among internal/ external teams and with stakeholders.
- Managing dependencies between teams and ensure excellent execution.
- Proactively identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
What you’ll bring
- Fluency in Japanese communication is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 10+ years of experience in the software industry.
- 10+ hand-on experience in project delivery and business development with Japan.
- Sound knowledge of project/ program/ portfolio management.
- Leadership experience and the ability to motivate teams.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good English-speaking skill is plus.
