JAC’s client a Japanese healthcare technology company, looking for a Senior Partnership position.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (hospitals, insurance providers).
Support the expansion of insurance-related services through collaboration with both existing and new partners.
Handle both client follow-up activities and new business development initiatives.
Prepare reports and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison in communication with high-level representatives from the Ministry of Health and medical institutions.
Provide consulting services and ensure client satisfaction throughout the partnership cycle.
Job Requirements
Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or higher is required (especially for verbal communication in medical contexts).
At least 4 – 5 years of sales experience is required; or more is preferred, particularly in the medical industry.
Strong skills in communication, reporting, and client consulting.
Confident, mentally resilient, and not easily intimidated in high-pressure situations.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently over time.
Able to communicate effectively with senior-level officials in government and healthcare.
Demonstrates integrity and openness in communication; willing to learn and improve continuously.
English proficiency is a plus.
