JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and implement a performance appraisal system.
- Build policies/processes for performance evaluation.

- Develop, implement, manage talent development and retention plans.
- Consulting and controlling resource planning in the company to ensure.
- Operational activities of departments are stable and ready to respond in short-term and long-term development strategy of the organization.
